Problem

The client had to complete a time-critical business relocation to new offices. This needed to be achieved with minimal business disruption.

Solution

ADNS completed a full site survey and instructed an immediate installation of high-speed internet. Ahead of the move a new Comms Room was made fully functional with the introduction of additional layered cyber security for the client. A fully managed network was supplied delivering data points for IT & Comms as well as business and guest Wi-Fi. ADNS worked out of hours over a weekend to then have the client ready for business Monday morning.

In addition, a multi-platform Video Conference solution has been installed post business move to support virtual meetings and all shared data moved to SharePoint to remove the need for VPN to access this data and add MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) & 365 backup to increase security and recovery for the business.
