Company Overview

Formed in 2016, this large primary school offers outstanding educational services to a local village and its nearby communities. As part of a local Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in the North-east of England, ADNS has been working with the school for the past couple of years to ensure all their IT requirements are met.

Problem

The school had been selected for the DfE ConnecttheClassroom program and needed assistance in completing the application to ensure that the complete funding criteria was presented to improve the overall IT infrastructure for the school.

Solution

ADNS assisted from application to design and delivery. As a result, the entire process had been completed within a few months. The school now has an enterprise grade infrastructure and WiFi Solution which has enhanced IT performance throughout the school. In addition, the entire IT Comms area was rebuilt to make management of the system simpler for the school moving forward.

Working with ADNS

ADNS have made a significant difference for the school and Trust. Through effective IT planning we can now plan budgets, upgrade IT systems, and modernise technology initiatives much more effectively. As a result of this project, they have appointed ADNS as their Data Protection Officer for the whole Trust and we find the work between the compliance team and technical team a real advantage in ensuring the Trust has an effective Cyber Security and Data Compliance strategy in place.
