Our client is a leading provider of Engineering Design services to power generation businesses globally. Based on Teesside for nearly 15 years and now being part of an internal group of businesses.
Having seen an increase in the number of multisite meetings requiring technology to coordinate and bring people together. Our client needed to improve their Video Conference capabilities, to enable the business to hold voice and video calls to a much higher quality, within their conference rooms.
An assessment was made of the main meeting room and the potential for an additional smaller meeting room. Infrastructure changes would be required (cabling) and the solution needed to be easy to use.
A multi-platform Video Conference solution was recommended, agreed and installed on time to an agreed budget. Training was provided to all staff, to ensure the introduction of the new solution was as smooth as possible.
